The winners will be revealed during a Black-Tie Awards Gala at the 2024 Future of Dealmaking Summit, taking place on November 19 & 20, 2024, in New York City.

- M&A Deal of the Year ($100MM to $250MM): Strategic Investment in Kaseware by The Riverside Company.
- M&A Deal of the Year ($50MM to $75MM): Acquisition of RecDesk by Clubessential Holdings, a portfolio company of Battery Ventures & Silver Lake.
- Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($50MM to $75MM): Acquisition of RecDesk by Clubessential Holdings, a portfolio company of Battery Ventures & Silver Lake.
